Day 7 of 18: Doubles was the highlight of the day at the Citi Open

Day 7 of the Citi Open was another great one!

I was able to get to see parts of all 12 matches. The men's doubles matches were the best ones. Unfortunately, the Bryan brothers and the Murray brothers both lost.

My favorite female player that was left in the draw - Lauren Davis - also lost. However, I really like Caty McNally and I think she can totally win the singles and the doubles (with Coco Gauff) titles here!

The Anna Kalinskaya win over Kiki Mladenovic match was a good one, which included an underhand serve. The shoe fiasco in the Stefanos Tsitsipas win over Benoit Paire was entertaining, but all in all the men's matches were kind of duds.

Tomorrow should be a great day of semifinals and the women's doubles finals! I will probably just go to the women's semis and watch the men's semis from my hotel to help rest up with a busy week ahead of me! But it should be a great day either way.
