Day 10 of 18: The Cincy tourney is off to an amazing start!

What a first day! Overall, day No. 10 of 18 days of pro tennis was fantastic!

It is so great to be back in Cincy for the Western and Southern Open. As soon as I arrived I remembered just how much I love this tournament.

There is so much going on! The food is great! I finally tried the Skyline 3-way Chili, which is cheese, chili and spaghetti combined. It was great! Then there is Graeters ice cream, the best ice cream I've ever had.

Of course, the tennis was great too! So many great players trying to qualify in. Wimbledon semifinalist Barbora Strycova beat Kaia Kanepi in 3 sets. My favorite match of the day was Lauren Davis beating Kristie Ahn in 3 sets. Monica Puig also won a thriller over Anastasia Potapova in 3 sets.

Ivo Karlovic beat Tennys Sandgren in 3 stes, which came down to a final tiebreak. Jack Sock lost a tough 3-set match to Mikhail Kukushkin.

So many great matches. Tomorrow will be even better with 2 main draw matches happening and 3 main draw men's doubles matches happening.

One of the best things about the Cincy tennis tournament is how many huge courts they have. The top three courts are all stadiums and the fourth one, court 10, is one of my faves because you are very close to the court.

It's just a beautiful tournament, a beautiful venue and I can't wait for the main draw action to start tomorrow.

There will be many long days and nights and lots of great tennis ahead and I can't wait! Let the fun begin!
